Self-pickup at SF Express stations is the fastest shipping method, and all pickup points are equipped with air conditioning to ensure our products are not affected by humid weather, preserving their quality. After shipment, customers will receive an email notification with the SF Express tracking number, and within approximately 24 hours, they can track and pick up/receive the package on the SF Express website. Customers are kindly requested to pick up their orders within 3 business days to avoid potential return situations, as any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
*Please be aware that all travel-sized and tools products, such as Hair Brush, Cream Mask Brush, Powder Brush, Sponge, Soap Pad, and other tool products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Shipping fees
In Hong Kong, we offer the following shipping options at a cost of HKD$35:- Self-pickup at SF Express stations/smart lockers [SF Express - 7-9 working days]
- Delivery to commercial addresses [SF Express - 7-9 working days]
- Delivery to residential addresses [SF Express - 7-9 working days]
International Shipping:
For international orders, we offer a flat rate of $200 regardless of weight. Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 7-9 working days. Please note that all taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We use FedEx as our international shipping provider, and any customs procedures and taxes will be handled by the customer. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.
3. How long will it take to receive my order and how will it be shipped?
- For local orders, we usually ship within 7-9 working days.
- International orders may vary depending on the courier and current situation. It may take up to three weeks to one month.
4. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

6. Order modifications, returns, and exchanges:
- For any changes to your order, please contact our customer service. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
- Each order can only use one discount code. Inappropriate use of discount codes may result in order cancellation.
- If you receive any damaged or incorrect products, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the package.
- If you experience any sensitivity reactions after using our products, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the package. Please provide the SF Express tracking number for the return shipment. We value your feedback and satisfaction.
